You are capable of building muscle, getting fit and transforming your body at any age.

Our body renews itself on a cellular level every single day creating billions of new cells as it simultaneously rids itself of old worn out ones. The body we had a week ago is different from the one we have today. We are continually transforming. That’s exciting because that means change is possible.

Before you begin a plan for your transformation it’s important to keep a few things in mind. Do not set an exact expectation as to how you want to look because “fit” looks different on every body. Refrain from saying I want Michelle Obama’s arms and thick muscular legs, it doesn’t work that way. The results and outcome of your efforts will be individual to you, but rest assure you will improve the way you look and feel.

Devise an exercise plan that works for you and is manageable to maintain. I can help you with that. Since we are building new cells every day it is important to provide ourselves with quality building blocks. Feed yourself well. Consume high quality protein, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and plenty of water. I can help you with this too.

Most Importantly and often overlooked is the need to get adequate sleep. This is the time your body detoxes, repairs and regenerates. Don’t deprive yourself. Be sure to get 7-8 or more hours of deep sleep. Sleep will improve your health and longevity. If this is difficult to achieve work on it, it’s important!
