On behalf of the Manor Club I would like to thank you both for a wonderful presentation. Not only was it very informative BUT it was visual, entertaining and humorous as well. The audience participation part was great and starting off with the Circle of Life certainly let everyone get a “realistic” view of themselves. I enjoyed it very much and I took lots of notes. The two of you were in great shape and it was a good advertisement that you both practice what you preach.
Lisa is a dedicated, enthusiatic trainer who sincerely cares for the well being of all her clients (proud warriors). She is well-versed in exercise and nutrition.
